Located in the vibrant neighborhood of Condesa, this structure reimagines the city terrace house by blending raw concrete with timber inserts. At its core, an ash-clad central winding staircase, designed to maximize natural light onto every floor. Heading up to the third floor where you’ll find the landscaped rooftop terrace. The integration of form and function earned the building accolades from the Royal Institute of British Architects and the American Institute of Architects, UK Chapter in 2018, highlighting its innovative approach to urban residential design.
